Dado is overweight, and that is enough for him to face bullying every day at school.

His friend, Gaby-Gaby, suffers from her mother's diet obsession. Together, they talk, ask questions, and research about what it really means to be fat.

They decide to go on a diet to end the nightmare they are living, only to experience the terrifying effects of food restriction.

Following this setback, with the help of healthcare professionals for Dado and a magical book, the two friends embark on an adventure to rescue traditional recipes and healthy habits for eating and living.
